4) Enforcement and penalties

• Removal/rollback of items, currency, characters, or progress connected to abuse

Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate permanent bans without prior warning.

5) Virtual items, currency, and donations/payments

1. Any virtual items, currency, or benefits are licensed, not sold as property.

2. Donations/purchases (if available) support operation costs and generally are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. We may modify, rebalance, remove, or reset virtual goods, game systems, or progression at any time for maintenance, balance, security, or operational reasons.

4. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restriction/suspension until resolved.

6) Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including:

• Server uptime and region availability

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, rollbacks, maintenance, or feature changes.
